The staff was unbelievably sweet and thoughtful. Very good food and nice atmosphere. Very welcoming and comfy cozy place. I 10/10 recommend this restaurant. The outside may throw you off but the inside is very nice!

Been dining here when possible for the past 13 years.It's the best sushi in the Greater Orlando area.In an age of increasing prices, decreasing portion sizes, and other cost-cutting measures, it's comforting to know some things remain the same.

Really clean and really good. Delicious rolls for lunch special. Do not be deterred by the boarded up old drive thru window; this is one cleanest restaurants I have ever been to. When back in town, I will be back.

Amazing sushi and great service!

Very nice place, we had excellent sushi and a bento box. Light and friendly interior. The service was excellent and our waiter patiently explained the different options and answered our questions. The restaurant is a little set back from the road, easy to get to and there is parking right in front. They have counter seating as well as tables.

The best sushi. Been going to Masa's place for over 15 years. No other place compares to them. Bibimbop, volcano roll, sweet shrimp are a few of our favorites.

Have been to Hatsuhana twice in two recent business trips to Apopka. Service was excellent both times and the sushi and sashimi were amazing! Very fresh! The fatty tuna sashimi (recommended by my waitress) was the best I’ve ever had!

Drove by a few time, decided to ight to give it a shot. Their early bird bento boxes were amazing and more than enough for 1 person. 10/10 would recommend.

Great food, off the beaten path, but nice staff and very well thought out menu. Owner's are there making sure everything and everyone is taken care of. The husband loves Golf and is in charge of the sushi; the wife works the floor. Not a ramen shop, their focus is on sushi.

Very cozy atmosphere, the rolls were great! And the ginger dressing for the salad was great! Prices were nice too.

Love this sushi. Been eating there frequently for many years. They have fresh everything and are easy on the mayo which we prefer.

Me and my husband enjoyed this small and cozy restaurant. The staff was so friendly and our server noticed us trying to figure out what one of the dishes were and happily came over to explain without us asking. Other customers were here as well and they seem to have known them by name so it was nice to see a warm and friendly atmosphere here. The food was also phenomenal and so delicious. We orderd the shrimp tempura, the tonkatsu pork, and the wekiva bento box.

I love this place! Tuong was by far the best bartender EVER! He went out of his way to make this experience extra amazing for me. He provides quick and attentive service. Ask for him if you want good service. Oh can’t forget Kelly, she was great too!

My disclaimer is that I like raw fish a lot and that's what I had. I had a tuna roll and Maki 🍣. It was very good and I will plan on going back. I got a couple pieces of Toro (tuna) and the sushi deluxe I think it was called. I showed up half an hour before closing time and they were really friendly and but I took my order to go. Good stuff, I recommend it

I absolutely love Masa and every time I get to dine in at Hatsuhana. It's always the freshest and best tasting sushi anywhere in my opinion.

Always good food. Only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is the abundance of salmon rolls and more limited options for those who aren't big salmon fans.

Masa.san is the master and has traditional Japanese pride in what he does. Always the absolute freshest fish and ingredients. The family is Japanese and Korean, so the entire menu is amazing. The best restaurant in Orlando on my opinion.
